Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

Shop Animal Hat does stand by its money back guarantee for any Shop Animal Hat product that does not meet our commitment to our consumers or our standards of excellence. To process a return claim and get your money back, or to exchange your product, simply email us at sales@shopanimalhat.com to get your RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please give a brief summary of why you are returning the product. Products must be in new condition, unopened in original packaging in order to be returned. Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving product. Shipping and Payment Processing fees unfortunately can not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
